60x60 Insulated Metal Building with concrete slab and a 20ft concrete apron.
Located at West Fork Fire Station 12002 Road 38 Rico, CO 81332
Concrete work to be completed by September 15, 2021 and metal building to be completed by November 30, 2021.

Dolores County Senior Services will be accepting applications for a Part-time Custodian/Maintenance Employee. To be considered, a current application must be filed, and applicants must be 18 years or older.
The position requires experience with a variety of semi-skilled and skilled work in maintenance, construction, alteration and repair of building, grounds and small equipment; provides assistance as needed to staff.
Starting hourly wage is $12.10/hour.
Benefits: Holiday, PTO and other benefits.
CBI and CAPS background checks are required as well as Pre-employment drug test.

General Duties include:
- Providing basic housekeeping services.
- Assisting with basic nutrition.
- Identifying safety hazards and resolutions.
- Perform required record keeping and reports in a timely manner.
